Refund and Returns policy
we want you to love your Diamond Stride purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our refund and returns policy is as follows:
Your rights to cancel ( UK customers )
- Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tag still attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or any personalised/custom items, unless faulty.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@diamondstride.co.uk with your using the contact us form found on the returns page. Please state your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Please ensue the parcel is securely packaged - we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
